These six Tacoma Girl Scouts are eager for the opening of the annual "Cookie Crunch" Sale in early February of 1940. They met at the home of Scout leader Mrs. Harold Mann, 4136 North 36th Street. Each girl will strive to make at least 125 sales so that she can attend Camp St. Albans. Seated are Marilyn Miller and Mrs. Mann. Standing left to right are: Jean McCrea, Elizabeth DeMille, Claire Thompson, Margaret Robertson and Margaret Stedman. (T. Times 2/5/1940 p.7)
