Mrs. L.L. Thompson, seated, evaluates the fabric of a dress being modeled by Gaynel McClain in the Franke Tobey Jones Home benefit fashion show. The Jones Home Circles were hostessing a benefit card party and style show on April 2, 1940 at the Crystal Ballroom of the Hotel Winthrop. Over 100 card tables were in play for the benefit.
