Scope and content
Interiors at Thornewood, home of Chester and Anna Thorne. Intricate panelling surrounds the doorway of the Great Hall, framing a view of the Green Room. Much of the interior of the home came from an ancient home in England, dismantled and brought round Cape Horn to the Puget Sound. The home's graceful lines caused it to be named one of the area's most beautiful houses many times.
