Elks, Emmett T. Anderson, Grand Exalted Ruler of the Elks. The Boys Club welcomes the man who worked on their new building a few weeks ago. Emmett T. Anderson was a director of the Tacoma Boys' club and a member of the Mt. Rainier council of Boy Scouts of America, and youth activities was one of his platform planks at the Cleveland Convention. Mr. Anderson had recently been elected the Grand Exalted Ruler of the Elks. A parade was held in his honor on July 27, 1949.
