Winckley, the pastor of the church. The woman in the middle of photograph wearing a broach is the director, Mrs. Janabea Gamell; the other woman is unidentified. The man standing is Herman Walker, head of the Hilltop Multi-Service Center. Photograph ordered by the Tacoma-Pierce County Opportunity & Development, Inc. (TNT 12-27-67, A-5, TNT 1-13-68, p. 20)
