Voices include: Monique Piegdon, South Tacoma Library Associate, Cynthia Stewart, former president of the League of Women Voters, Bailey Wambold, forum moderator, and candidates John Frazier, Marlando Redeemer, Jamika Scott, and Chris Van Vechten.
