Ernest Aguilar is the Washington State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce chairman of the board. The Hispanic Communities of King and Pierce Counties are upset by recent charges by Seattle Police that a majority of drug dealer arrests are Mexican nationals. They are organizing to protest the police charges.

McCHORD AIR FORCE BASE, WASHINGTON---Tacoma Mayor John H. Anderson's avid interest in jet fighters was readily apparent as he is shown a desk model of the Air Force F-94 fighter by McChord Air Force Base Commanding Officer T. Alan Bennett. Mayor Anderson was personally conducted on a tour of the Base by Col. Bennett yesterday.

John H. (Big John) Anderson wore a victory smile Wednesday as election returns gave him more than 50 percent of the vote for Position 1 on the Tacoma School Board. Anderson overwhelmed his two opponents and will appear on the November ballot alone. See story on Page A-1.
