Wharton, was a graduate of Clover Park High School. Miss Wharton wore an ivory satin gown, princess style with a sweetheart neckline, and a full length train. Her attendants were dressed similarly and carried small bouquets of flowers. The bride later changed into a blue dress, black fur jacket and blue accessories for her wedding trip.
