Teachers on Picket Line
Teachers in Steilacoom Historical School District picketed outside district headquarter Tuesday morning after rejecting the district's most recent contract offer Monday night. Teachers association spokesman, Frank Calsbeek said teachers voted to conduct a one-day strike, while instructing their representative to stay in around-the-clock negotiations.
