C.O. Lynn residence, Harold A. Allen Company, Sid Anderson. The front door is open showing the entryway to the Clarence O. and Hilma M. Lynn residence. Decorative sconces light the exterior of the doorway on either side. Columns with decorative cornices, arches, and a stairway are seen through the doorway. The brick home was built in 1936 for Mrs. Irene G. Robinson. Anson C. Hart purchased the house from Mrs. Robinson in 1941, followed by Dr. William B. McCreery in 1947. The Lynn's were shown as owners in 1949. Clarence O. Lynn was the owner of the Lynn Mortuary.
