Milton Senior Center. The Milton Senior Center was opened in the summer of 1968 to serve the elderly population of the Milton area. Located in a neat little building at 1309 -15th Avenue, the center offered activities suitable to its clientele, including handicrafts and sewing. For those with carpentry skills or just wanting to help, barn remodeling was scheduled. The center's members also helped stuff envelopes with Christmas seals. The Town of Milton supplied the 7-room house and barn and furnished the utilities. View of the Milton Senior Center and several visitors taken on November 4, 1968.
