Times, Steilacoom City, "Grab Your Partner" celebration for City Layout, Mrs. MacDonald. Folk dancing had become a popular pastime and several folk dancing clubs had formed, the most recent being the "Pairs and Squares". The club members are taking a break during a dance at the Steilacoom Town Hall with Coca-Cola.

Town of Steilacoom truck in front of Town Hall. The Steilacoom Town Hall was dedicated in 1930. The white clapboard, two-story building has an arched window behind a balcony over the front entryway. Pilasters decorate both corners of the main structure. One-story additions abut both sides of the main building and have balconies around the roof and pediments over doors into those portions of the building.
