Bearing Sales & Service, 2144 Port of Tacoma Rd., was the authorized distributor of Fafnir, SKF and McGill bearings. Boxed bearings are shelved in multiple rows in the rear of the long wooden counter. The increased space at the new facility also increased the amount of inventory the firm could carry. Several folders of customer and catalog information are being utilized by Bearing's employees. 1968 was the 20th anniversary of Bearing Sales & Service in Tacoma.
