An open house was held at the new apartment court, named Adlee Apartments, composed from the names of its builders, June 17, 1951. The units were available, six were one-bedroom, two two-bedrooms, and two were furnished bachelor apartments. All units were on the ground floor. The building was faced with rugged brick.
