ca. 1971. 1971 Richards color stock footage. Construction is well under way on Tacoma's "first high-rise condominium tower," the Plaza Four Condominiums, in 1971. Designed by C.B.K. Van Norman & Associates of Vancouver, B.C., with Baugh Construction Co. of Seattle as contractors, the 12-story building would open in December of 1971.
