The Charles Udall Construction Co. had nearly completed the Allstate Insurance Co. building on Tacoma Avenue South in late December, 1956. Apparently this was to be the new claims office next to the Central School building. Very modern in appearance, massive windows provided an open-air atmosphere on two levels.
