Clifford Samson, 24, was involved in a head-on collision, while riding his motorcycle, with an automobile on South 27th Street and Tacoma Avenue South. The accident is believed to have been caused by excessive rain and poor visibility. Samson received serious injuries and is recovering at Tacoma General Hospital.
