Pacific Northwest Conference Convention at CPS, Women's Society, The Methodist Church. Leaders of the Woman's Society of Christian Service conducted the annual Pacific Northwest conference at the College of Puget Sound for a week in early August 1949. They are, L-R, top row, Mrs. Thomas Swayze, conference secretary; Mrs. P.S. Van Kleek, conference promotion secretary; Miss Margaret Billingsley, secretary for Japan, Korea and the Philippines, and Ruth H. (Mrs. E.Paul) Todd, secretary of supplies.
