ca. 1956. Wedding portrait of Dorothy Almquist with her four bridesmaids. The women stand in front of ornate religious paintings and an altar. Dorothy Ruby Almquist and James Samuel Bulldis were married on July 21, 1956 in the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. The bride was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Conrad Almquist and attended Stadium High School. She wore a gown of white lace and tulle over satin with a mandarin collar. To the right of the bride is Mrs. Fiore Nomellini, the matron of honor, wearing a gown of pale green dotted swiss. The bridesmaids are Ruth Wight, Sharon Viafore and Georgean Warrer.
