Junior Week at the Country Club, Tribune Society, Barbara Dana. Four young women take a break sitting on the diving board over American Lake on a typical summer day in 1949. Swimming races were a part of the events held at the end of Junior Week, followed by a banquet and the awarding of trophies. An informal, no-date dance concluded the week. The girl sitting on the end of the diving board at the far left is Patricia Ryan. Sitting next to her is Nancy Mackle. Both Patricia and Nancy were students at Clover Park High School, class of 1952.
