Govenor Clarence D. Martin shakes hands with President Edward H. Todd of the College of Puget Sound during the school's 50th annual convocation. Sponsored by Judge O.G. Ellis, Governor Martin received an honorary doctor of laws degree. Douglas Stanley of New York and Professor Trevor Kincaid of the University of Washington also were awarded honorary degrees.
