Board Packets

Board packets are handed out to Tacoma Public Library Board of Trustee members at monthly meetings. These packets are copied for the various members, so will not contain original signatures. Packets contain agendas, correspondence, previous month's meeting minutes, financial reports, unfinished business, staffing, circulation stats, library programs, partnerships, community news and other libraries.

Missing Director's Letter for March and April, and only has original Director signatures for February, July, August and December.

Director's Letters to the Board and Board Packets

Originally signed letters by Tacoma Public Library's Library Director to the Board of Trustees sent out prior to board meetings. Board Packets include such items as correspondence, unsigned meeting minutes, audience sign-in sheets, financial reports, unfinished business, human resources, circulation stats, library programs, partnerships, community news and other libraries.

Also included are study sessions, trustee trainings, budget meetings, strategic planning meetings, a 2007-08 "Biennial Budget Modification" meeting, a 2007 City of Tacoma "ADA Facility Survey Report", an "Examination of Library Services in Pierce County" by the League of Women Voters of Tacoma-Pierce County, and other supplemental materials.

Subseries 2008 is missing Director's Letter for June.

Subseries 2009 is missing Director's Letter for April and only has original Director signatures for February, July, August and December.
